How long does it take to finish a project?
- It depends on the service. Logos and flyers usually take 2–5 days. Video projects may take 5–10 days depending on the complexity. I always give you an estimated delivery time before we start.
Can I request changes after the project is done?
- Yes. All packages include revisions. If you need more edits after the final delivery, I offer extra revisions for an additional fee.
Do you offer custom packages?
- Absolutely. If you need something specific or want to combine services (like a website + logo + flyer), I’ll create a custom quote that fits your needs and budget.
What formats do you deliver the designs in?
- Depending on the service, I deliver in PNG, JPG, PDF, AI, PSD, SVG, or video formats like MP4. Everything is high-quality and ready to use.
Do you require a deposit before starting?
- Yes. For most projects, I require a 30%–50% upfront deposit to secure the work. This ensures commitment from both sides. The remaining balance is paid upon final delivery.
What if I don’t like the result?
- We’ll work together through revisions to get it right. I always ask questions and show you concepts before finalising. Your satisfaction is my priority.
How do I receive the final files?
- I can send everything via email, WeTransfer, or WhatsApp. For video projects, I also offer USB delivery for an additional fee.
Do you work with clients outside the UK?
- Yes, I work with clients worldwide. All communication and file delivery is done online.
