Terms and Conditions

1. Parties Involved

  • This agreement is between Cosmin M. – www.cosminm.com and the Client (individual or company).

2. Services

  • Website Design & Development
  • Hosting & Domain
  • Maintenance & Support

3. Payment Terms

  • 50% upfront payment before the project starts
  • 50% upon project delivery, prior to going live
  • Maintenance plans are billed monthly in advance
  • Extra services outside of maintenance are billed separately

4. Project Delivery

  • Timeline agreed based on project complexity
  • Delays caused by missing materials from the Client are not the responsibility of Cosmin M.
  • Client has 5 working days to request minor revisions after delivery

5. Ownership Rights

  • Full ownership of the website is transferred after complete payment
  • Domain is registered in the Client’s or Cosmin’s name (as agreed upfront)

6. Maintenance Plans

  • Include updates, backups, and minor content edits
  • Requests beyond included hours are billed at an hourly rate
  • 30-day notice required to cancel a subscription
  • Files can be transferred upon cancellation; a £50 admin fee applies

7. Warranties & Limitations

  • Guaranteed optimal function at delivery and during active maintenance
  • No responsibility for third-party issues or unauthorised interventions

8. Confidentiality

  • Client information is confidential
  • Completed projects may be showcased in Cosmin M.’s portfolio (unless requested otherwise)

9. Amendments

  • Terms & Conditions may be updated with prior notice

10. Governing Law

  • Governed by UK law
